Right of Way Simplified.
Hitting that one white ball is the primary aim of all polo players. Hitting it hard and long for a new player, hitting it effectively for a mature player . But it all boils down to hitting it never the less. With so much desire attached with the activity, there is no harm in knowing how to do it without getting blown for a foul. In other words to have a very clear idea as to who has the RIGHT to hit that GOD DAMN ball.
- A pair riding off each other on their way to the ball has Right of Way over every body else.
- If two players approach the ball, the one with lesser angle to line of ball has the right of way
- If both on equal angle, the one with off side play has right of way
