1. Approval of the Tournament Committee
2. Not bring the team’s handicap beyond  tournament limit
3. Not to  begin with a “losing player substitute”
4. Not to substitute for more than one team
5. To be mounted by  seeker team

Essence of Substitution rules  4.A.1  have been listed above , however , it is worth contemplating , as to why , if handicap of substitute is not beyond acceptable limits , should a team prove bonafied need of substitution.
