Count Down Begins ….

FIP has announced the dates for the 11th FIP World Polo Championship, which is going to take place  in Sydney, Australia.

The Federation of International Polo, together with organiser and host venue Sydney Polo Club and their strategic partner, the NSW Government’s tourism and major events agency Destination NSW,  confirmed that the 2017 tournament will take place from Tuesday 17th October to Monday 30th October 2017.

Six days of world-class polo will commence on Saturday 21st October, with the final to take place on Sunday 29th October.

Eight international teams will compete in Sydney for the World Champion title, including a team from host nation Australia, and the current World Champions Chile.

 

Other than the defending champions and the host team, rest six include India , England, New zealand, Australia, Spain & Argentina.
